BE-MATIC 29 combined bundle packer with tunnel
This Bundle Packer machine bundles your (glass and PET) bottles, boxes, jars, cans, cases in a wide range of pack collations. The semi-automatic version (BE-MATIC 29) has a table where the operator can collate the products.
By pressing two buttons, the operator starts the seal cycle; a pneumatic device pushes the products inside the machine where the products are sleeve wrapped in PE film.
The main features of the BE-MATIC 29 are:
- Pneumatic seal bar
- Pneumatic film cut made by cold blades
- Motor driven upper and lower film transport
- User friendly control panel with back lighted multilingual LCD
- 10 different programs can be stored
- Pneumatic product pusher activated by the operator (picture with #1)

- Cooling fan at the end of the tunnel (picture with #4)
