GPS 200 / 300
This manually operated constant heat sealer has been developed for the retail business. The GPS, made only in stainless steel, is a hygienic machine for the food industry. Used with the special wicketed GPS bags, you will have a versatile system to pack and present your deli products in the best way possible. By using one or more support tables this system is perfectly suitable for packing larger product quantities as well.
When using pre-made bags it is possible to seal all kinds of thermoplastic films (polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC and thin laminates), for heavier conditions or thicker materials a GPSH (=Hot) is available. A simple test will tell if the machine is adequate for your film or not. EXTRA: the GPSH sealers come with a special switch so you can use them as a "GPS" as well.
Due to the shape of the sealing bar you can (when using P.E. or P.P. bags) easily tear off any excess foil length. The GPS is ideal for packing all kinds of products where space is limited.
The machine is operated by closing the vertical sealing arm. Releasing the arm will end the sealing cycle.
