PSR XL / PSR PLUS XL

Powerful extra large impulse sealer for ultimate product safety

Audion’s XL stainless steel impulse sealer for sealing extra large (PE/ aluminium laminate/ anti static film) bags is available with a 2000 or 2500 mm seal bar length. This machine comes in 2 models: the standard PSR XL and the validatable PSR PLUS XL

The PSR XL and PSR PLUS XL series are both standard equipped with the user-friendly Audion Touch Techware. Up to 50 seal parameter recipes can be stored to make sure that the operator always has the ideal pre-set settings available for each product/package. Due to the heavy-duty construction and the high performance (bi-active) seal bars, thick and/or special films are sealed effortlessly with a reliable 8 mm seal. Sealing and cooling times are independently adjustable depending on the quality of plastic used.

• The PSR PLUS XL series can be used in validated processes and are compatible with EN 868-5 and DIN 58953, part 7 norms and also fully comply with the ISO 11607-2 and ISO/TS 16775
• Our PSR XL and PSR PLUS XL series are also available with an integrated vacuum- / gasflush system: VAC PSR XL and VAC PSR PLUS XL
