The D 541 is a flexible continuous sealer designed for hand-held, suspended or table top operation.

This compact solution is uniquely designed to offer great operational flexibility and user-convenience. Its light weight and ergonomic handle enable you to seal packages hand-held on the spot. In addition, you can use the convenience of an optional wall/table mount to seamlessly integrate the machine into your packaging process.

Your production process is boosted due to its fast-heating ceramic elements combined with integrated protective PTFE straps that ensure fast and consistent sealing of most modern film types such as Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Cellophane and thin laminates continuously.

The D 541 in action

The D 541 is versatile because it can adapt seamlessly to your specific packaging requirements and operational needs. You can deploy the machine in a horizontal or vertical position.

Products that are flat or can fall over easily, are best packed horizontally. An optional work table can be added for support. Items that easily spill out of the bag are best sealed vertically.

You can do this by means of an optional table support which also has a tilting function. Additionally, you can mount the D 541 to the wall with an optional wall mount, which is useful when your production area does not have a suitable table top available.

For large and/or heavy products, you can alternatively use this portable machine as a hand-held continuous sealer thanks to the device's ergonomic handle and light weight. D 541's fast throughput ensures your products are securely sealed in just seconds.
