For companies that want to increase their packaging output without the complexity of a full packaging line. It's the intermediate step between manual packing and full automation: the machine presents and opens each bag, so the operator only needs to focus on loading the product. Typically used in warehouses, order fulfillment, and in the packaging of industrial parts, office supplies, accessories, and fasteners.

Up to 20 bags per minute without coding or printing, and up to 15 bags per minute when printing or labeling. The actual cycle rate depends on the bag size, film thickness, options chosen and the way the operator loads. If you need more structurally, look at the 300 Highspeed with up to 40 bags per minute.

The machine works with pre-opened bags-on-roll (SpeedBags) with a width of 75 to 300 mm and a length of 100 to 500 mm; with support table it is 310 mm. The film thickness is between 25 and 150 microns and the film roll may not exceed 255 mm in diameter. The exact sizes will depend on the configuration, such as bag tensioners, printer and the batch or next-bag-out function, so always coordinate this with Audion.

No. This is the only all-electric model in the Speedpack line: it runs on 230 V at a consumption of 500 W and only needs a standard socket. This allows you to place the machine almost anywhere in the warehouse and move it easily. The 300 Dual and the 300 Highspeed do work pneumatically and require 6 bar of compressed air.

The Eco is the no-nonsense version for standard packaging applications in warehouse and fulfilment environments. The Advanced adds bag stretchers, tilting bag support, a handshake connector and an error signal, preparing for later automation. You can put together the Configurable variant yourself from the separate options. A thermal printer or label printer is available separately with all three.

You have four options: tapping the seal bar, the included foot switch, the optional magnetic Easy Touch button or sensor, or the fully automatic mode. A footswitch with protective cover is optional for harsh production environments. Which method is the fastest depends on your product; When repetitive work with both hands full, the Easy Touch Sensor usually saves the most time.

The film roll is changed from the front of the machine, so you don't have to go behind and the downtime remains short. During normal operation, access to the rear is not necessary. The maximum roll diameter is 255 mm. Watch the instruction video on the product page for inserting and aligning the roll.

Bag stretchers pull the bag tightly above the sealing surface, so that no wrinkles get into the seal. This gives a tighter presentation and prevents leakage. The tilting bag support carries the bag during filling and sealing, which helps especially with heavier products, and then tilts down so that the bag falls into a crate or on a conveyor belt. Both can be configured from the factory.

Yes. The machine can be prepared for a thermal transfer printer or a label printer, which allows you to put barcodes, texts, logos, address details and batch information directly on each bag or on an applied label. With coding, the cycle speed is a maximum of 15 bags per minute. For different labels, sizes or print positions, Audion offers a Coding Setup service.

Yes. The machine is suitable for stand-alone use and for integration into packaging lines, with conveyor belts and robot applications. The handshake signal enables communication with external dosing and feeding systems, and the error signal reports the status to connected equipment. Audion shows, among other things, applications with a robot feeder and zero-touch packaging on this model.
