Automatic Bag Size Selection
Define the bag length for each e-commerce order and save on film material using tubular film. Speedpack can be activated either by choosing the required bag size for your mail order from the touch screen or by scanning the barcode of your mail order. Alternative methods of activation are optional and can be discussed.
Extra Film Reel Holder
Minimize film change over time. Increase accuracy and output. An extra film reel roll holder with a new roll of film allows you to continue operation, saving packaging time.
Connect your Conveyors

Speedpack 400 Order Fulfillment
The Speedpack 400 Order Fulfillment combines custom packaging with the automatic application of unique shipping information. The machine processes both tubular film and pre-formed bags-on-roll and can provide each subsequent bag with its own print or label. This allows packaging and labeling to be carried out within one integrated order process.
The Speedpack 400 Order Fulfillment processes up to 10 bags per minute from tubular film and up to 20 bags per minute with pre-formed bags-on-roll. The actual speed depends on the pocket size and the chosen printing system, among other things.
The Speedpack 400 Order Fulfillment handles bag widths from 50 to 400 mm and bag lengths from 300 to 600 mm. The available bag length depends on the chosen printing system. The product loading zone is up to 400 mm wide and 180 mm deep; The maximum width and depth cannot be reached simultaneously.
By making each bag to the desired length from tubular film, the use of film and the packaging volume can be limited. A more compact packaging can also reduce the storage and transport space required. In addition, packaging and labeling are carried out within one process. The exact savings depend on the product mix, bag sizes and shipping arrangements.
The desired bag length can be selected via the touchscreen or activated by scanning the barcode of the order. A separate bag size selection box is available as an option, allowing the operator to choose a preset bag length remotely. Other activation methods are possible in consultation.
Yes. The machine can process two-way shipping bags with a return strip. This allows the customer to reseal the same packaging and use it for a return, so that no second shipping packaging is required.
With an additional cone, a second film roll can be prepared in advance, so that work can continue quickly during a roll change. For printed or statically charged film, an ionizer is available that supports the opening of the bag.
The machine can be integrated with infeed and outfeed conveyors, feeding systems, robots and other equipment. The coding system can process order and shipping data from an ERP or order system for automatic printing or application of information to each bag. The exact coupling depends on the system used and the chosen configuration.
