Speedpack 400 Dual Paper & Film
The Speedpack 400 Dual Paper & Foil can process both preformed paper bags with fan fold and PE bags on one machine. This allows you to choose paper or film for each product, order or application, without the need for two separate packaging machines.
The Speedpack 400 Dual processes up to 10 bags per minute. The actual speed depends on the packaging material, bag size, material thickness and product feed, among other factors.
The Speedpack 400 Dual handles bag widths from 50 to 400 mm and bag lengths from 110 to 600 mm. For paper, the material weight is between 90 and 120 g/m² and for PE film, the film thickness is between 40 and 125 microns. The gap between the seal bars is 150 mm as standard and can be made with 180 mm on request.
The Speedpack 400 Dual uses an 8 mm heat seal as standard for sealing both paper and PE bags. For applications where only PE film is processed, a 1.5 mm heat seal is available on request.
Yes. Audion offers FSC-certified paper bags with fan fold that are suitable for processing with the Speedpack 400 Dual. FSC certification indicates that the material used comes from responsibly managed sources.
The Speedpack 400 Dual can be equipped with an option where a return label is printed and inserted into the bag together with the product. In addition, two-way shipping bags with a return strip can be used, so that the same packaging can be resealed for a return.
The Speedpack 400 Dual can be integrated with a coding or labelling system for inline application of shipping and product information during the packaging process. Depending on the chosen configuration, this information can be supplied from the ERP system.
The Speedpack 400 Dual requires a compressed air supply of 6 bar with an air consumption of 200 to 500 Nl/min. The standard electrical connection is 230 V, 50/60 Hz, with a power consumption of 1,600 W. Other voltages are optionally available.
The Speedpack 400 Dual is designed for processing both paper bags and PE bags-on-roll or out of the box. Settings for different products and packaging materials can be saved in up to 50 programs, so that previously defined settings can be easily recalled.
