Audion’s most compact horizontal band sealer

On this handy tabletop continuous sealer, ready-made bags are sealed lying flat. The temperature, throughput speed and cooling (by means of a special fan) are all easily adjustable via an easy-to-operate digital panel. By using PTFE tapes, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Cellophane, Paper, Aluminium and other laminate films can be sealed.

On the easy-to-use digital control panel 9 pre-set seal parameter recipes can be programmed. The operated alwasy has the perfect seal settings available for each different product/package.

The integrated conveyor belt is 112 mm wide and 670 mm long and can be adjusted both in height and forwards (see photos). This allows you to seal bags of different lengths, widths and thicknesses. The sealing temperature is adjustable to a maximum of 250°C.
