These are all adverbs belonging to the Audionvac VMS 163. This vacuum chamber is richly equipped as a standard. A wide selection of options are available to tailor it for you to the best possible product care.

Being the bigger brother of the Audionvac 153: same features but a bigger chamber size, this vacuum packaging machine allows you to pack longer products. Optional a second seal bar can be mounted at the back of the chamber, realizing extra packaging output.

The Audionvac VMS 163 is equipped with an A-branded high-quality powerful 21 m3/h vacuum pump performing a high vacuum level in short cycle time.

The digital control panel gives a clear view of the packaging parameters and has a splashproof design. It doesn’t matter if you are a first time user or an experienced user the display guides itself.

Service & Cleaning

Ease of cleaning is foremost in the design of our machines. Made of stainless steel, deep drawn chamber, sealing systems cable-free and round corners. All to reduce service and avoid downtimes due to maintenance. Cleaning should be easy and fun and Audion attaches great importance to this.

High quality chamber

The chamber of the Audionvac VMS 163 has rounded edges to ensure the greatest hygiene. Leaking fluid is collected in the chamber recess. The stainless steel vacuum chamber is deep-drawn. The lid is made of high-quality acrylic and permits permanent process monitoring.

High quality convex seal wires

This ensures residue being pressed out between the film layers of the bag during the seal process, limiting the risk of leakage. These convex seal wires of Audion empower a strong seal resistance thanks to the round shape, facilitating easy separation of the residue.

Synergy of contact pressure, seal temperature and seal time produces optimum fusing results.The Audionvac makes sure the values of the above mentioned variables are in perfect balance – to create the perfect seal and perfect package.

Options

The following options are available on the Audionvac VMS 163

Cut-off seal:: Cut-off seal consists of one 3,5 mm convex seal wire and one 1,1 mm round cutting wire to easily tear off the residual plastic.
1-2 cut-off seal:: Same as cut-off seal but in addition with 1-2 cut-off seal the time and settings of the seal and cutting wire can be managed separately.
Wide seal:: 8 mm flat seal for a more aesthetic and professional sealing result.
Bi-active 5 mm seal:: Recommended to use when vacuum sealing aluminum or thicker bags. The vacuum bag is being sealed from both sides of the bag (up and down seal bar). The machine will be equipped with flat aluminum lid with transparent window.
ESD (Electrostatic Discharge):: With the ESD option, all surfaces are made of conductive material that drains electric current to the earth terminal. With no statically charged components in the machine, delicate electronic products such as wafers, chips, motherboards and prints are protected from electronic damage.
Second seal bar:: An extra seal bar can be added in the back of the chamber increasing your packaging output.
Sensor control:: The vacuum cycle will stop when the exact end vacuum level has been reached. In this way a constant and guaranteed vacuum is reached.
Liquid control:: The liquid control sensor detects the evaporation of liquid products. The machine stops extracting the air and proceeds automatically to the next phase, the sealing of the vacuum bag. This option prevents damage to your machine and to your liquid product.
Inclined plate:: For packing liquids and powders. The bag can be positioned in a certain angle ensuring that the product stays at its place.
Gas flush:: Enables Modified atmosphere packaging (MAP): a gas or nitrogen can be added for optimizing shelf life or realizing extra protection of your product.
Number of gas nozzles:: Per sealing bar - front (2); front/back (2/2).
External pump:: Vacuum pump and vacuum chamber are separated from each other to avoid evaporation of particles by the vacuum pump in the same room. Used in cleanroom where small particles can affect the manufacturing and quality of a product or assembly.
Trolley:: A compact trolley equipped with swiveling castors with brakes, ideal to move the vacuum machine.
Validation:: For controlling process variables (pharma/medical products). Compatible with ISO 11607-2 validation requirements for sealing (bi-active seal option mandatory).

Seal configurations

Optimize your vacuum packaging operations by adding an additional seal bar at the back side of the chamber, increasing your output. Or choose for the bag-cut off seal, where the upper seal wire is a cutting wire, realizing to tear off residual plastic above the seal for optimized hygiene.

Cut-off or 1-2 cut off seal

Cut-off seal, to easily tear off the residual film for optimized hygiene. 1-2 Cut off seal, same as cut-off seal but in addition with 1-2 cut-off seal the time and settings of the seal and cutting wire can be managed separately.

Liquid control:

The liquid control sensor detects the evaporation of liquid products. The machine stops extracting the air and proceeds automatically to the next phase, the sealing of the vacuum bag. This option prevents damage to your machine and to your liquid product.

Sensor control

Vacuum packaging machines equipped with Sensor control calculate when the pre-set percentage has been achieved. This guarantees a constant end vacuum of your package. Always. Especially recommended when packing various types of products with different volume.

Gas flush

Injecting a gas before the sealing phase increases the product's shelf life, it offers extra protection and it prevents the product from colouring.

Wide seal or Bi-active seal

An 8 mm wide seal is possible to give the vacuum bag an aesthetic and professional look. When sealing aluminum or thicker bags a bi-active seal system can be integrated, performing a 5 mm seal from both sides of the bag: up and down. This bi-active seal is mandatory when a validated seal process is required.
