We strive to maintain sufficient stock to meet your needs. In the rare case that a product is out of stock, you will be notified at the time of your order. We will then do our utmost to ensure that your order is fulfilled as soon as possible.

We will send the ordered products as soon as possible to you. When the prodcuts are shipped you will get a notification by email.
Orders placed within the Netherlands are shipped priority and will arrive the next day. Check the status of your shipment using your email address and order number on the webpage of our shipping partners to track your shipment.
We ship directly to customers within the Netherlands. If you are located outside the Netherlands you may purchase our products through one of our international distributors. If your country is not listed in our distributor list, we may be able to ship directly to your destination.

We guarantee that at the time of shipment your product is free from defects and that it will meet the specific requirements detailed on the specific datasheet provided with the product. Should you have a technical issue with a product, please contact our customer service department.
We will consider taking the product back, subject to a percentage restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges. Products must be returned in the same packaging (as originally dispatched by Audion). Once the item is received by Audion, we will dispatch the replacement product.
