Small in footprint - Large in capacity
Despite the small footprint this deep drawn stainless steel vacuum chamber gives you plenty of space to pack even larger size product. The space in the machine can easy be increased with the optional high lid to vacuum pack even bigger products. The included insert plate makes sure you will have a fast cycle and flexible product adjustment.
High quality convex seal wires
This ensures residue being pressed out between the film layers of the bag during the seal process and this limites the risk of leakage. The Audion convex seal wires empower a strong seal resistance thanks to the separation of the residue.
Easy and controlled maintenance
Extend the life shelf of your vacuum packaging machine with the maintenance program. Keep your vacuum packaging machine in good shape and prevent errors.
Stored information is used to get an accurate status overview of the machine in order to act accordingly. Several alarms can be activated to remind you when certain maintenance programs need to be executed.

Options
The following options are available on the Audionvac VMS 43
- Cut-off seal:
- Cut-off seal consists of one 3,5 mm convex seal wire and one 1,1 mm round cutting wire to easily tear off the residual plastic.
- High lid:
- For higher products, increases the effective chamber height by 45 mm.
- Sensor control:
- The vacuum cycle will stop when the exact end vacuum level has been reached. In this way a constant and guaranteed vacuum is reached.
- Inclined plate:
- For vacuum sealing liquids and powders. The bag can be positioned in a certain angle ensuring that the product stays at its place.
- Trolley:
- A compact trolley equipped with swiveling castors with brakes, ideal to move the vacuum machine.

Sensor control
Vacuum packaging machines equipped with Sensor control calculate when the pre-set percentage has been achieved. This guarantees a constant end vacuum of your package. Always. Especially recommended when packing various types of products with different volume.
Inclined insert plate:
Convenient for packing liquids and powders, such as soups and flour. The inclined insert plate accomodates that products can be placed in an angled position, facilitating that the product stays at its place.
High lid
This option offers a usable chamber height of 130 mm which allows you to vacuum pack higher products.
Cut-off seal
Cut-off seal, to easily tear off the residual film above the seal, for optimized hygiene.
