With its effective chamber dimensions of 320 x 890 x 100 mm, this Audionvac is ideal for long products. Especially in the fish industry, this machine has already proven its worth. Thanks to its flexibility in options, it finds excellent use in various other markets that opt for convenience and consistent performance.

VMS 193's recessed stainless steel chamber is suitable for heavy-duty production and is easy-to-clean due to its rounded edges. The lid features a large sight glass to monitor the correct placement of your products and proceeding packaging cycle.

The configuration with two seal bars (left/right) allows various longer products to be reliably packed at once. Optionally, you can also choose a configuration with 1 long sealing bar at the front, allowing you to use the entire width of the chamber for vacuuming batches of medium-sized products.

Various advanced and convenient options can be selected to obtain the best fit for your food and non-food products.

Options

The following options are available on the Audionvac VMS 193

Cut-off seal:: Cut-off seal consists of one 3,5 mm convex seal wire and one 1,1 mm round cutting wire to easily tear off the residual plastic
Wide seal:: 8 mm flat seal for a more aesthetic and professional sealing result
Sensor control:: The vacuum cycle will stop when the exact end vacuum has been reached. In this way a constant and guaranteed vacuum is reached.
Liquid control:: The liquid control sensor detects the evaporation of the liquid product. The machine then stops extracting the air and proceeds automatically with the next phase, the sealing of the vacuum bag.
Inclined plate:: Enables liquid products to be placed in an angle to avoid the bag content from spilling
Gas flush:: Enables Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP): a gas or nitrogen can be added for optimizing shelf life or realizing extra protection of your product.
Number of gas nozzles:: Per sealing bar - left/right (2/2); left/front (2/6)
External pump:: Vacuum pump and vacuum chamber are separated from each other to avoid evaporation of particles by the vacuum pump in the same room. Used in cleanroom where small particles can affect the manufacturing and quality of a product or assembly.

Various seal bar configurations:

Adaptable to both the product/batch size and the desired/required seal type. For example: wide seal, which replaces the 2x3,5 mm seal wires for a wide powerful 8 mm seal.

Gas flush

Injecting a gas before the sealing phase increases the product's shelf life, it offers extra protection and it prevents the product from discoloring.

Sensor control

Sensor control calculates when the pre-set percentage has been reached. This guarantees a constant end vacuum of your package and allows you to keep a constant vacuum level of your products continuously.

Liquid control

The Liquid control sensor detects the evaporation point of the liquids (f.i. soups & sauces). It exactly detects when to stop extracting the air and automatically proceeds with the next phase, the sealing of the vacuum bag, preventing drying out of the product, losing weight and contaminating the chamber.
