The 300 AHM E can rapidly pack small, single, solid shaped products or previously grouped products with irregular shapes at high speed. The infeed conveyor, longitudinal seal system, cross seal rotary system, and outfeed conveyor are independently controlled by separate motors, providing flexibility and precision in operation. The dynamic film conformer with position indicator allows for precise adjustments.

Zig zag blade (a zig-zag cut above the cross seal) or Easy open blade ( a straight cut into the bag) allow for an easy bag opening.
Handshake signal and External E-Stops are available to upgrade you flowpacker and enable the integration of robotics (infeed/outfeed) in a production line.
Besides the 2 format conformers that are already standard included with the 300 AHM E additional conformers are available for different bag sizes.
The standard infeed conveyor of 500 mm can be extended by 100 cm (to facilitate pre-handling or regrouping of the product).
